(automatic) Client update - no permission

Unfortunately, I cannot make use of it, as rights dont seem to be sufficient (despite being manager).
Does anyone have an idea?

Hi,
Manager role should have access to this feature on cloud.
Can you raise a new support ticket with information about account details?
