Unable to export user list in excel

Hello,

I am new to WATS and trying out different functionlities. In account page, when I try to export list of users into excel file using export function, I am getting error. Please find the error screenshot below. My user level is 'Manager' and currently I am using free trial version of WATS. 

I request you to provide the solution.

  There was a bug in that export, which has been fixed in the latest version of WATS. If you contact support@virinco.com, with information about your WATS instance, we can assist you further.
