Why is a Cpk point missing in Process Capability Analysis?

This behavior has two common causes:
- There is only one measurement in the period
- All measurements in the period have the same value
The actual cause can be found by hovering the mouse pointer over the data point for which Cpk is missing. Cpk can only be calculated when you have a non-zero standard deviation, which in turn means that you need at least two different values.
