WATS Client installer ends with an Error message.
There can be many reasons for a Windows installer package to fail. To enable the WATS support team to provide better and faster support in such cases, we need the extended log file from the installation.
How to produce the installer log file
Start the windows installer from the commandline using the following switches:
msiexec.exe /i <full-path-to-wats-installer>.msi /lvx* c:\wats_install.log
Upload wats_install.log file to the support ticket.
