WATS 2019.1 is rolling out to skyWATS.com.
Virinco will perform scheduled maintenance at the skyWATS.com service which will impact all customers.
Customers will experience a service disruption, followed by a degraded performance for several more minutes thereafter. The maintenance window is set to 6 hours.
Expected behavior: The skyWATS.com service (web portal) will be unreachable at some point during the upgrade, and you and your users may experience slow page loads and sluggish response times. You may continue to use your WATS clients as normal, reports will be queued up and processed normally after the upgrade.
