WATS Client 6.0 and newer
Starting with the WATS Client 6.0, a support zip file can be generated from the WATS Client Monitor, which contains the usual information that is needed for support.
Where to locate the wats.log file at the client
Both for WATS Client 6.0 and for older version of the client, the actual wats.log file can be found here:
Win 7/8/10: C:\ProgramData\Virinco\WATS
Win XP: C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Virinco\WATS
NOTE: Some of these folders may be hidden. Type the full path in Windows Explorer to get access.
