Service Incident, 2017-Mar-21 - RESOLVED

Unable to manage user accounts. 

Some skyWATS accounts experiencing issues when managing user accounts (add new users).

We are currently working on a fix. Meanwhile we have the following workaround:


  1. Create the user as normal.
    • This will give an error in the upper right corner
    • The user will not appear on the list
    • No login information available
  2. Refresh the account page
    • The user should now appear on the list
  3. Change the password
  4. The user should now be able to log in.
